I did a power cycle on the link box by doing these steps: 1:Quit Steam VR. I closed it and tried opening it again. After it did it showed error saying "SteamVR Fail. A key component of SteamVR isn't working properly. I tried to but steam then started not responding. I closed it and then tried to open it again. I then successfully uninstalled it and then reinstalled it. I then created the system report file and sent it to the agent. He told me how to reset the drivers.
Here's how: First, download the latest graphics driver for your video card. This might require a restart but you don't have to because the USB Drivers requires a restart and you can take care of them both with one restart. Unplug all Link Box cables from your PC.
Once this is complete, quit SteamVR. Restart your PC. This will reinstall all Vive USB drivers. I did this and It throughout this process and even after SteamVR has been showing a message saying "Some add-ons blocked. Due to a recent crash, some SteamVR add-ons have been blocked.
