This is a very positive book and I like that. The prayers, or meditations, are well thought out and the stories are relevant to the individual chapters. It references God a lot, but the author is clear to state that God is whatever you want to call it, and also that this power comes from you, too.
It is a nice and peaceful read. A man before his time in A mix of metaphysical, Christian Bible and just plain common sense.
