From what I have read, you do get a free copy of the game if you buy it on the Xbox store or the Microsoft store, and if you have Windows Being someone who has the Xbox version, I can say that the Microsoft store does show that I have purchased the game but offers no links to download it.

Comments I've read seem to point to the PC version of this game having not yet been rolled out quite yet, but it is promised in 'the fall'.
